You actually read my note and not only gave me the pip i wanted to switch out for the free gift, you actually gave me both plus another one! one word, Amazed. you truly have wonderful customer service skills! thanks for the photos to visually show me everything. including the apology for the nail. Thank you for the banger, i was sad that i wouldnt be able to do dabs when you told me the nail wouldnt be in right away. Then you gave me the banger until it came to me once it was made.
